Your data, day by day

One Health stores the entries you choose to submit: training and eating reflections, meals and nutrition values, training plans, account email, and account identifiers. If you connect Oura, it also stores imported device records and connection credentials.

What it is for

These records let you revisit your history and build an understanding of your recorded habits. This version does not send journal entries to an AI service. The One Health operator can access stored records to operate and support the service. Other users cannot access your records through their accounts.

Where it is stored

Account and health records are stored with Supabase. The device integration runs on Cloudflare and communicates with Oura when you authorize it. Device tokens are encrypted before database storage. Your signed-in session and unsynced edits remain in this browser's storage. Signing out hides your dashboard but keeps unsynced drafts for the next time you sign into the same account on this device.

Your choices

You can export saved daily entries from History. You can also export unsynced drafts there before discarding them. Disconnecting Oura removes the saved connection credentials and stops future imports; previously imported records remain. You can revoke One Health's authorization in your Oura account too.

Records are retained until you request deletion. To request deletion of your account and stored records, or a complete export including device records, contact neilgalani8@gmail.com. The operator must process these requests; automatic account deletion is not part of this version.
